Top Word Puzzle Games on Android in Malta: Q2 2025 Performance

In the second quarter of 2025, Malta's Android users engaged with several popular word puzzle games, with varying performance in terms of downloads and revenue, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Word Search Explorer by PlaySimple Games showed a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at about $36 in late April. Downloads for this app saw a gradual decline, starting from 418 in early April and reaching a lower point of 107 in mid-June, with a slight recovery to 187 by the end of the quarter.

For Cryptogram: Word Logic Puzzles by Gismart, revenue rose notably to $35 in early May before tapering off. Downloads followed a similar downward trend, beginning at 175 and ending at 39, indicating a consistent decrease over the quarter.

The Word Search - Word Puzzle Game from Blackout Lab saw no revenue generation during this period. However, its downloads had a small spike in mid-April with 205 downloads, followed by a steady decline, closing the quarter with 103 downloads.

Hangman Words:Two Player Games by Kerun Games also did not generate revenue but experienced varied download numbers, peaking at 206 in early June and ending with 138 downloads.

Lastly, Connect Word: Association Game by Hitapps Games maintained zero revenue throughout the quarter. Downloads, however, increased significantly toward the end of the quarter, reaching 296 in mid-June.
